CO2 fractional laser vs microneedle RF
The CO2 fractional laser is an ablative device that creates controlled microscopic treatment zones and supports resurfacing, precision cutting and gynaecological handpieces. Microneedle RF combines microneedling with bipolar radiofrequency to deliver heat into the dermis while minimising damage to the epidermis. The Sanhe system reaches 0.4–4.0 mm with vacuum assistance; the Portable MNRF reaches 0.5–7.0 mm with insulated cartridges.
